Terms of service
All prices and payments are in euro (€) and include commercial use.
Prices stated are for individuals or smaller circles. For larger studios or companies, pricing will need to be discussed on a case by case basis.
Collaborations are free, although they may not be a priority depending on my schedule. But feel free to message me about it! I'm always happy to join collabs.
Payment: 50% upfront, 50% at finalized delivery.
Delivery: unless you request a specific deadline, I will take 2~4 weeks to complete a project. Exact time may vary depending on the complexity.
No refunds once I have started working your order, unless I cannot deliver.
I can write original lyrics based on a melody that you send me or without. However, the latter will require more working time.
I do not edit media or create topline melodies. I only translate and write lyrics.
If you hire me to work on your project, you will have to credit me (Vegalyrical) when you publish it, alongisde a link to this website (https://vegalyrical.carrd.co).
Using my work for NFT or AI training is stricty forbidden.
Unjustified chargeback or lack of respect of my ToS will have you blacklisted and make you lose any rights to your order(s).

How to order?
Ordering means that you have read and agreed to my ToS.1. Send me an email at [email protected] with the following informations:
Your contact information
The nature of your request: translation, musical translation, singable translation, original lyrics creation?
Detailed description of your project, including description of the source material (if applicable)
Your preferred deadline (if applicable)
2. If I can take on your request, I will give you an estimate of when I can deliver the product, unless you already specified a required deadline. (Even if I cannot, I will still reply in order to let you know.)
3. If you agree with the date of delivery, I will send you an invoice for the upfront 50% payment deposit.
4. After receiving the deposit, I will start working on your request.
5. I will send you the finished product and wait for your validation.
6. If you need me to make any changes, please state what precisely. (Up to two revisions.)
7. Once the product is finalized, I will send you another invoice for the remaining 50% of the payment.
